Ravir Cabernet Syrah 2020

Warm part of Languedoc, near Beziers, with a marked influence of the Mediterranean Sea. The naturally low yield and climate allows the grapes to reach its phenolic ripeness. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks under controlled environment and further aged in French oak.
